If it weren’t for her songs during those weird depressing teen years,I think my young heart would have caused my young mind to destroy itself like many teens today who often never know where to turn when in pain.Her voice was a mother to ones emotions; it cuddled, sometimes, rocked it to sleep. When people speak of music that can help heel spiritual wounds, Whitney’s name will come to rest on their lips.

I for one am glad I went through my mother’s CD collection that winter night in high school, because I discovered a priceless treasure that will lead me to question many crap that are considered music today.I don’t want to believe that you’re gone, but that would make me a fool to be in denial -_-!Rest in perfect peace with the heavenly Father now Nippy (love that nickname).You’ll be missed,but never forgotten.My generation will surely hear of you <3
